We recently stayed at Villa Ohana in July/ August 2023. We were 2 families with 3 children. Throughout, Anna was extremely accommodating and helpful and when we arrived at the villa it was as described, very clean, very comfortable, pool was clean and the area around it perfect, and it had everything guests would want for an enjoyable stay. The area is great, although we did have to taxi into old town in the evening as the walk was a little too much. However, taxi numbers are supplied and they are quick, reliable and cheap.
Kalkan itself is wonderful for teens and adults alike. We had the most amazing time and the management of the villa was exceptional… any issues we had were dealt with promptly.

Villa Ohana is a beautiful homely villa with lovely gardens offering privacy and calm. The pool area is very inviting and our group of 5 adults spent many hours here, including when doing our daily yoga classes! The heated pool was a real bonus and perhaps a must for our visit in October. The lovely roof terrace with its fantastic views was our nightly location for pre dinner drinks, the sunsets were beautiful.
Villa Ohana is in the heart of Kalamar bay and a little too hilly and distant for a walk into town in the evening but local taxis are very cheap. Our group loved our time here. From our leisurely breakfasts in the covered area, our welcome dip in the pool after trips out, lazy days just spent around the pool, to our use of the en suite facilities of our spaces bedrooms readying ourselves for our trip into town to one of the very excellent restaurants in Kalkan. What was not to like?

My wife and I have just returned from Kalkan and Villa Ohana and words will not go far enough to describe the "home" that Irish and Russeell have created. There are so many lovely touches that others have also mentioned, the pool is stunning and well equipped with parasols and loungers, the kitchen has everything that you could wish for. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated, everything about Villa Ohana says that it has been designed with love and sensitivity. Views from the roof terrace are stunning and the villa is in Kalamar, personally I prefer it there as quieter than Kalkan but is only a five minute taxi ride from Kalkan and costs less than £3!
As you can see from the photos the villa is built over four floors, each of them with their own individual touches, there are even some beautiful wooden chimes on one level on the staircase just to give you an idea of the thought that has gone into every detail. Even the starcase is glorious with an elegant iron balustrade with the walls adorned with artowk and tasteful lighting.
Irish was so helpful and communicative throughout the booking process, leading up to our stay we received emails explaining exactly what to do when we arrived and that made our experience completely stress free as we felt we knew her even before arriving, very important for destressing!
There is a plentiful supply of towels and are even monogrammed, a lovely touch. The crockery, cutlery, inside and outside place mats are beautiful, there is amazing outside lighting and even an outside shower. I could write about Villa Ohana for pages, simply put, go and exxplore this place and I am sure you will enjoy it as much as my wofe and I did, Irish and Russell, we will be back!!!

This villa is absolutely lovely.
The booking and communication was seamless. The villa is immaculate, with so many lovely home touches. Everything about it is faultless with every detail being carefully thought through from tables, sun loungers and parasol perfectly placed, to lovely comfortable beds and the best equipped kitchen I have ever come across in a rental. The pool is lovely and the gardens although small had beautiful well positioned and cared for plants and seating.
The roof terrace is a must for the beautiful views. Kalkan centre is only €3 in a taxi but there are restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance (albeit up hill on the way there!). We stay regularly in villas and this is the best standard we have come across. Thank you for sharing your home. We had a perfect holiday
We recently stayed here for 8 nights in June 2022. 8 of us including 2 children. The first thing we noticed was how clean the villa was. It was also very well equipped. Everything you would normally have to buy was already there. The master bedroom was huge and with a huge en suite. Lovely large balconies with plenty of places to sit and beautiful views. My children loved the bunk beds! I especially loved the outdoor sheltered area and the beautiful flowers. A lovely place to relax.
The location was perfect as it was so peaceful.

Stayed at this lovely villa for a month in August. So well kept with the owner having thought of everything right down to kitchen wares and bags for the local market. Under professional management we had fresh linen and towels each week, with Coskun the friendly gardener greeting us with conversation every morning. Worth watching the sunset then enjoying the stars from the terrace.

It was a nice holiday. Everything was thought of in every detail in the house. Almost all the materials that could be used during the holiday were available in the kitchen. Anna took great care of everything. I definitely recommend Villa Ohana.
This is a perfect place for a multi-family trip (including kids). There various areas in the property to hang out as a group or individually. In addition to great views and nicely decorated outdoor area, there are plenty of practical details: all rooms have a bathroom, balcony and A/C, water cooler for cold water, outdoor shaded dining area and gas grill, spacious poolside with plenty seating options, variety of kitchen electronics and cooking/dining supplies, reliable internet connection. Both indoors and outdoors were clean and well maintained. Check in/check out was seamless. Both the hosts and the poperty managers were kind and responsive. I would stay here again without a doubt when I am in Kalkan.
My family had a short stay at Villa Ohana in June and had a fantastic time. This is a lovely Villa on a quiet street. It is very clean, fresh, comfortable and well equipped for renters. When not in the pool we spent hours in the outside covered seating/dining areas. Waking up in bed and gazing at the ocean was a great way to start the day, and cocktails on the roof watching the sunset was beautiful as well. Kalkan, of course, is a great place to visit. Can't wait for our return visit to Kalkan and Villa Ohana.
